For centuries, Mugwort has been used in healing for epilepsy, stomach pains and has been used to aid in menstruation and promotion of smooth childbirth. However, it should not be used when breast feeding.

It’s also known as a nervine and is utilized in soothing anxiety and depression and is said to be used as a sedative.

Mugwort can be used to treat stomach issues and intestinal problems as it is also an excellent digestive tonic that gently stimulates and heats the digestive processes. Mugwort also helps women during menopause.
